How to export your GMX emails
Enable IMAP at GMX
Log into GMX and enable IMAP in the settings under Email > POP3/IMAP. Without this step, no external program can access your mailbox.

Select GMX as the source provider in mailriva and sign in with your GMX credentials — directly in the app, not in a browser.
Choose local backup as destination

Start the export
Review the folder list, select which folders to export, and start. Your GMX mailbox remains completely unchanged — mailriva only reads, never modifies or deletes.
